Mark Turner
Mark has over thirty years’ experience delivering results in senior project and operational roles across sectors as diverse as financial services, manufacturing, retail, and distribution. Mark has worked in renewables since 2010 and, prior to joining Elements Green, was a member of the Lightsource start-up team where he built an operating business managing over 2GW of PV assets. At Elements Green, Mark applies his deep operational expertise to ensure the successful delivery and management of our global project portfolio.

Rasmus Friis – CEO
Rasmus has worked in the energy sector for over 20 years, undertaking senior executive positions within several renewable energy companies, ranging from turbine manufacturing to Independent Power Producers (IPPs). Previously President and Managing Director at Conergy EMEA/India for over seven years, Rasmus also served as CEO of Amplio Energy Group and Clenergy. At Elements Green, Rasmus overlooks all global operations, ensuring that every aspect of the organisation aligns seamlessly with its deep commitment to sustainability and long-term infrastructure growth.
